We are glad to announce UNT's Economics Alumni Advisory Council's newest board member, Zachary Mullin! Zach, who graduated in 2019 with a BA in Economics and BBA in Finance from UNT will be serving as the Community & Alumni Engagement Chair. The Community & Alumni Engagement Board Member's role involves:
- Identifying revolving needs of the UNT economics alumni community
- Assisting in the development of programs related to workforce development, continuing
education, and networking
- Tracking progress on current and past programs
- Establishing and maintaining ongoing relationships with alumni members
Brief Bio of Zach
Beginning his career at 19 years old with Chase Bank in Denton, Zach is now an 8-year veteran with JPMorgan Chase and currently works as a Capital Advisor for JPMorgan's Financial Sponsors Group in New York City. In his current role he advises Private Equity and Venture Capital firms across their credit needs.
"My career has been built on the foundation of my economics degree and education at UNT. A strong understanding of market forces, trends and their interactions is an essential piece of having success in the finance industry but especially in credit and lending."
