There were seven presentations by faculty and for the first time one undergraduate presentation (Jose Chaman from St. Mary's University in San Antonio). Friday evening our guests along with UNT faculty and students had dinner at Giuseppe's Italian restaurant in Denton. Dr. Dukker worked for STATA for many years and gave an interesting overview of the statistical package to the students. The conference concluded with Dr. Janice Hauge (from UNT) giving the students a presentation on how to apply to graduate school with particular emphasis to the Economics program at UNT.
