Job Description:
 
Hire Group is currently leading a search for a large, international DFW based company.
Since 1990, our client has been building and servicing turn-key, customized non-
insurance health benefit programs saving members hundreds to thousands of dollars a
year on ancillary medical expenses. They take great pride in providing a one stop shop
for complete management of benefits programs including: Dazzling customer service, top-
notch provider relations, innovative administration and private label full-color custom
membership cards and booklets. This position will perform various financial and operational
functions, including: -Audit of internal systems to ensure proper and accurate flow of data
-Analysis of financial data to identify trends and potential issues -Preparation of reports
on various financial metrics -Participation in the invoicing, collections and accounts
payable processes -Other tasks and projects related to financial and operational processes
as needed. 
 
Job Requirements:
 
The successful candidate will possess the following background and skills: -4-year Degree in
Accounting, Finance or a related discipline -1-3 years experience in accounting and financial
analysis -Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications -Strong written and verbal
communication skills 
 
Salary: Negotiable
