Job Description: 
We are seeking a Business Analyst who will work with project managers to gather business
requirements. Will translate business requirements to technical requirements, to include
web, customer systems, data integration and infrastructure requirements. Will document
workflow or process flow technical diagrams, provide data analysis for integration
requirements, create test scripts for functional and user acceptance testing and track
technical issues/bugs and resolutions. Will also work with End User Documentation specialist
 to develop training/user documentation.



Qualifications: 
Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years proven expertise as a business analyst and
will possess strong consultation, negotiation and consensus-building skills. Candidates who
are familiar with ATG, CRM systems (e.g., Siebel), J2EE, general web technologies and Oracle
are preferred. Also highly desired is experience developing technical and end-user
documentation.
